Hey all, this is awkward. I am at the otter in New Paltz upstate New York having dinner with family and friends. I am being quite rude at the moment, but this is the only place with Internet. Btw, I’m on my iPad, which won’t let me post on word press, but it will let me post a comment.
First off, sorry I haven’t been around. I am currently on vacation. Usually before I leave the rock (Oahu), I have tons of work to do. This was the worst. I had to take my laptop and finish stuff off on the plane. So, this vacation started off a little, uh, off. It’s real tough when you have your own business and you have such demanding clients, all wanting everything done before you leave. I tell you, sometimes it’s just better to just “live simply” and just trade stocks for work…
Anyway, I’ll be here in upstate for the weekend, then head down to the city next week. Woo hoo! When you live on an island, the big apple is crazy for yah.
Anyway, gotta go, dinner is over. I’ll be trading stocks in the city. Chee hook.
Aloha!
welcome! Fortunately you’re sorta “downstate” compared to us up here in Deliverance NY…and probably dry now…we’re getting flooded out up here in the northern/central part of the state. It’s so bad that 17 tards got themselves stranded on a river island in oswego while salmon fishing today when the water levels came up…lets see, river, small sort-of island…prediction of 4″ of rain…what could possibly go wrong? Sadly, an opportunity to dramatically improve the gene pool was missed when they were rescued.
Hey – also wanted to remind u that there’s a little known codicil to the NY Sate Constitution which requires vacationers from Hawaii to pay a reverse-vacationer fee. So, if you have an extra billion or two please leave it at any toll booth of convenience down there. We need the dues.
Gotta go to my banjo lessons.
Scar – I’ll bet the fishermen were touristas right? I have friends up there. Very nice. BTW, enjoy the rain .
