Yesterday on a whim I sold out of everything that was down — netting me a 40% cash position. Today the market drifted sloppily lower — without panic of any signs of discord. There was an easy calmness to this drop — a perceivable nothingness to the burger and I did nothing at all, other than watch the contractors working inside my house muck things up and trip over themselves trying to maneuver neatly.
With my cash, I’ll try to reallocate back into the market tomorrow. I can’t complain, really, as nothing of important traded too much lower and all of the signs of a continued rally are still present.
I’m exhausted, had a long day — fuck off.

Watching contractors is a long day?
Seems like I’m always seeing a penis at this site. God forbid my girlfriend should walk by at the moment it is on screen.
You might remember years ago an extended discussion here about men in drag. I was amused. For the hell of it I put on one of my girlfriend’s costume wigs and took a look at myself in the bathroom mirror. I heard a creaking sound, turned around and found her peering in the door “ah ha, I KNEW IT, she cackled”. She made accusations for years, torturing me about wearing wigs. Death will be my only relief from her torment.
So basically, be careful here.
I post these pics on purpose. My former programmer used to cringe at them because when he’d work at Starbucks — people would judge him severely by the titles and the pics. It made him so uneasy, so of course I had to double down with dick pics on statues.
