I think many of the trading mechanics have changed since some of the Market Wizards subjects made their wealth. What has not changed is the mental part.

Haven’t read the book but he drifted off topic into dead ends a few times in that interview.
Sure the system is thoroughly corrupt, an unholy union between big government and select corporations. But I don’t buy into his passive response, active preparation trumps inaction.
Still, there’s reasonable chance that the USA grows itself out of this malaise.
