Not to be rude- but is 14 year old resistance really relevant? I understand that psychologically there will be resistance, but in practice no one is still holding from those highs and just waiting/hoping to breakeven … a lot of the companies that took the nasdaq up there aren’t even around anymore.
While it is fourteen years old, it is still as big a price level as there is historically for the index. I suspect it will be more of a psychological consciousness about the level once we arrive back there.
