In front of the 140th running of the Kentucky Derby–the “Greatest Two Minutes in Sports”–later today, Churchill Downs, Incorporated (CHDN) looks to be setting up for a “sell the race” reaction.
On the weekly chart, below, note the steep multi-year advance followed by a recent breach of trendline support.
I would consider the stock a short under $87, and especially $85.
