Wouldn’t day and/or swing trading be considered much like what you just described as ‘Wham Bam Thank You Mam’ ?

You stress sticking with one style of trading yet I believe an individual trader/investor can alternate styles given different market conditions.

    Great recap, Chess..
    especially for ‘Da Bears’.

      Sooz,

Making adjustments is important but I think day-trading is not for everyone, and often erodes capital and confidence in a corrective market. Do what works best for you.

      Thanks.

        Far from a day~trader, Chess.
        What about swing trades?
They could be considered ‘Wham Bam..’ if held for a shorter period of time..lets say 1~3 days

In my opinion, most people (besides intraday traders) should sit and wait until market conditions improve. I’m anticipating false moves in both directions..
