Stealth Breakouts

Legg Mason is in multi-year short squeeze breakout mode, as you can see below. In addition, other stealth breakouts have been occurring in the chemicals space, including DOW HUN today (I profile the sector over the weekend inside 12631 in my Strategy Session).

Some short squeeze plays to watch on the long side tomorrow: BONT NILE, over today’s highs.

And SBUX finally is starting to snap a bit after a very steep trend, while Coffee (JO) rallies.

    Thanks for bringing up a firm like LM. Boring as can be, nice cap, insto liquidity etc, and still a possible turnaround story.
