I peeled off 1/4 of the 3/4 long position in Dollar General I have been tracking here on this blog, as well inside 12631, at $55.65 from my core $53.89 entry (and $54.51 sight add) to scale some gains in the position. I have a 1/2 position now, with a stop-loss below $53.
Also, my Home Depot short (which I have also been tracking here) is at a very interesting situation headed into the weekend–A low buy volume move back above the 20-day moving average. It is still below my tight cover-stop above $82. I will stick it out until Monday to see if there is follow-through to the upside, which would likely force me to cover then.
