The market is closing out at all-time highs, once again, with the S&P 500 Index conquering the 1700 level. Even though the action is more selective than the indices indicate, the market essentially built a house at the May highs before pushing through them this week.
That said, some energy stocks are promising, including “pgwarner”‘s EPL, with a potent daily chart volume pattern, below.
