Now we turn back to the big CAT and Big Blue, IBM.
I have charted these many times before, and still believe they are at make-or-break levels on a multi-year basis. I have them both as short ideas on weakness. But they have not yet given up the ghost.
Nonetheless, you can see for yourself that these critical Dow components remain ominous-looking.
