I keep returning to the longer-term charts of the prominent department stores–JWN M SKS–and I keep seeing tight basing patterns on watch for major breakouts through multi-year resistance. Instead of getting caught up in the hedge fund drama that is JCP, I am looking at these names in the coming weeks.
(Also note KSS has been a laggard in the group but now looks to be completing an inverse head and shoulders bullish bottoming formation)
