While major toy maker Hasbro is knocking on the door at well-defined multi-year resistance for a major breakout up and out, Mattel is overbought on the weekly timeframe (see weekly RSI on top pane, second chart below). With a very stretched Mattel versus an estimable Hasbro, the case for a pairs trade can be made of long HAS short MAT, or simply at looking at HAS in lieu of MAT on the long side
