Dr. Copper: Is it Safe?

The high volume breakout on copper mining giant FCX and the actual commodity copper late last week seems improbable given how disappointing the action has been there in recent quarters. Nevertheless, on the daily (1st chart) and monthly (2nd chart) timeframes below, you can see that Dr. Copper is indeed making a case that global risk appetite is making a comeback.

As FCX is a copper play and gold play with a solid Div. of 3.2%, this one will run higher, IMO.
