I know a thing or two about NNN and O aside from price action, fwiw.
They are both triple net least operators (makes the NNN symbol a pun, clever…) meaning they don’t pay ANY taxes, building, or maintenance of the properties.
and O pays a monthly dividend, which annually comes out to ~5-6% (last check), and is why I have a fondness for that co and held it for many many years, several non depressionary moons ago
